- The principle of least privilege is applied — staff only access data necessary for their role
- Admin accounts are separate from day-to-day user accounts
- Access is reviewed regularly and revoked immediately upon any staff change
Infrastructure Security
- Website hosted on Netlify — ISO 27001 compliant infrastructure with automatic HTTPS
- Email via Microsoft 365 — SOC 2 Type II certified, enterprise security
- Contact form data is transmitted securely via Netlify's encrypted pipeline
- No client data is stored on personal devices
Incident Response
In the event of a suspected data breach or security incident, TechOps365 LLC follows a documented Security Incident Response procedure that includes:
- Immediate containment of the affected system
- Evidence preservation and root cause analysis
- Notification to affected parties within 72 hours where required by law
- Post-incident report and remediation
